How We Build a Website for Your Business

From the opening call to launch, most websites take about four to six weeks.

  1. Discovery call

    We start by learning your goals, any special functionality you need and the styles you like.

  2. Planning

    Your project lead meets with the developers and turns the discovery notes into a plain plan of action, so nobody starts designing from guesswork.

  3. Build the site

    Mockups come first, then the developers build a first version on WordPress. You review it, we revise it, and we prepare for launch.

  4. Go live

    Before the site goes live we run a final compatibility test across browsers and devices. A standalone project also gets a training video.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on scope: the number of pages, the features you need and how much content has to be written. We do not post a flat price; after a short call with our CEO you get a custom quote. A fully managed custom website, with hosting and maintenance, is also included with Organic Growth Gold and Platinum.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites take about four to six weeks from the initial call to launch: discovery, planning, development with a first version and revisions, and a final compatibility check across browsers and devices.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is custom-built on WordPress from design mockups designed for your business. WordPress is our primary platform, and other platforms are possible on request.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own the site, with complete control and access. You are never renting it from us.

What do hosting and maintenance include?

Hosting is managed WordPress with updates and monitoring. Maintenance keeps WordPress, themes and plugins current, applies security updates as soon as they are released, checks the site after routine updates, and includes a content review a few times a year. Read more about hosting and maintenance. Domain names are bought and managed separately.

Will a new site help me show up in search and in AI answers?

It gives you a stronger base. Our sites are fast, structured for SEO and built with clean code, and page speed, reliability and security can affect SEO. For more visibility we add RankGuarantee™ landing pages and AI search work through Organic Growth. No one can guarantee a ranking or an AI mention.

Do I need a plan to get a website, and can I get one if I have none today?
